A free 7-day experience to help you hear what you actually want, before your analytical mind starts explaining why you can’t have it.
The Inner Compass Challenge is an invitation to notice what you want before the “shoulds,” overthinking, and practical objections take over.
For seven days, you’ll practice listening to your own signals through small, everyday decisions — just 5–10 minutes a day.
The challenge takes place inside The House for Women Physicians, my private community exclusively for women physicians.
Not inside The House yet? Come to the Front Door.
“What do you want?”
It sounds like a simple question. But by the time most women physicians are asked it, they already know they want something to change in their careers.
Yet the answer that comes up isn’t actually an answer to the question. Instead, your brain immediately starts answering these:
- Why can’t you have what you want?
- Why won’t it work?
- What are you supposed to want instead?
- What do you have to keep doing?
- Why can’t it be the way you want it to be?
Before you know it, you are no longer exploring. You are building the case against your own fulfillment.
Highly trained to ignore ourselves.
As physicians, we’ve spent years learning to analyze. Evaluate evidence. Anticipate problems. Make difficult decisions.
We’ve also gotten remarkably good at overriding ourselves. Hunger. Exhaustion. Needing to pee. Discomfort. Emotion. Intuition.
Over time, we can have a hard time even hearing those signals — and allowing ourselves to want them can feel even harder.
We try to think our way into alignment, but we end up overthinking ourselves out of it.
The Inner Compass Challenge
An experience designed to help you quiet the noise, notice your own signals before you override them, and take your own answers seriously.
We don’t start with massive, life-altering career overhauls. We start smaller.
We practice with low-stakes choices that affect your time and energy. Practicing small gives us a safe, quiet space to notice exactly what happens when we listen to ourselves:
Over seven days, you’ll begin recognizing your own signals and the habits that make them harder to hear. What you notice in these small moments can reveal a surprising amount about the bigger career questions you’ve been circling.
How the challenge works
Simple. Built for your busy schedule.
Calibrate your inner compass
Learn the tool and begin identifying your own physiological signals, so you have personal reference points to come back to throughout the challenge.
Practice in your actual life
Spend just 5–10 minutes a day practicing with ordinary, low-stakes decisions.
Meet at The Table, live inside The House
Bring your questions, what you’ve noticed, where you’ve gotten stuck — or the moment your body said one thing and your brain immediately produced a 17-point rebuttal. We’ll figure some of it out together.
“I got tired of watching brilliant women disappear inside a system that was never built for them. Myself included.”
As a fellow physician, I know exactly what it’s like to use your highly trained clinical mind to build a logical case against your own fulfillment. I spent years pushing my own needs and wants aside, trying to make the “best, most responsible” choices in a system that was never designed to support who we are.
That is why I created The House for Women Physicians — a private, secure sanctuary where we can step off the treadmill, reconnect with what is true, reclaim our energy, and build a life that actually feels like ours.
The Inner Compass Challenge is your doorway into this community. I can’t wait to meet you at The Table.
You don’t need to think harder to find your way forward.
You just need to practice listening. Come to the front door of The House and request access.
